About Me
My life journey was shaped by challenges that taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of a holistic approach to well-being. Living with epilepsy, supporting a sister with schizoaffective disorder, and navigating the effects of my father's alcoholism gave me a profound understanding of how physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected. Despite these trials, I remained steadfast, earned a college degree, got my stockbrokers license and built a thriving career in the financial industry. Along the way, I gained not only professional expertise but also a deep appreciation for the transformative power of nutrition and self-care. These experiences have fueled my passion for health and wellness, showing me that true success stems from achieving balance in mind, body, and spirit. My journey equips me with empathy, insight, and practical strategies that I can share with others. By helping individuals understand the importance of nutrition, lifestyle choices, stress management, and self-compassion, I can guide them toward achieving their own goals. Through health and wellness coaching, I aim to inspire and empower others to overcome their obstacles, unlock their full potential, and lead more vibrant and fulfilling lives. By drawing on my own story, I can connect with clients in a meaningful way, helping them realize that lasting change is possible and that they, too, can create a path to personal and professional success.

I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I gained expertise in innovative coaching methods, holistic nutrition, practical lifestyle, and stress management techniques, the mind-body connection, and over 100 dietary theories, including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and more.
